erecruit is a web platform for recruitment agencies that staff Australian government ICT labour-hire panels. It tracks the open opportunities published through BuyICT and links each one back to the job advertisement a tender-panel agency is running, so recruiters can see which contract sits behind an ad instead of guessing from a job board listing. The core problem it addresses is visibility: government tenders open quietly, agency ads appear separately, and recruiters spend hours trying to work out whether the two relate to the same piece of work. erecruit joins them with the supporting evidence, then carries the same data through to CV scoring and pipeline management.

The platform is built for teams that bid on and deliver technology roles across federal and state government, including software engineers, data engineers, designers and delivery managers. It runs in the browser, updates the opportunity feed continuously, and keeps imported candidate data inside the agency's own workspace.

What Makes erecruit Stand Out

Opportunity to ad matching: Each open ICT opportunity is paired with the agency job ad behind it, supported by matching evidence such as role type, security clearance level, location and timing.
CV scoring with reasons: Agencies upload candidate CVs and receive a match score per role along with the reasons behind the score, rather than a black-box ranking.
Live government feed: The feed shows current BuyICT labour-hire opportunities and recent closures, with counts of how many agency ads are linked to each one.
Pipeline kanban: Candidates move through stages on a drag-and-drop board that can be filtered by opportunity, keeping sourcing and placement in one view.
Consent gate before submission: Representation consent is requested from the candidate before any submission is made, which supports compliance in panel arrangements.

Who Should Use erecruit

Government ICT recruitment agencies that hold labour-hire panel positions and need to know which open tender each job ad relates to before committing consultant time.
Recruitment consultants and bid teams who source specialist technology candidates and want CV matches against a specific role rather than a generic keyword search.
Agency owners and team leads who need dashboard reporting on live matches, items needing review and recent pipeline activity across the desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is erecruit?

erecruit is an opportunity intelligence and recruitment workflow tool focused on Australian government ICT labour hire. It collects open BuyICT opportunities, links them to the agency job ads running against them, and then supports CV matching, candidate search and pipeline tracking through to placement.

How does erecruit link an opportunity to a job ad?

The platform compares the details published in the government opportunity with the ads being run by tender-panel agencies, using indicators such as role, clearance requirement, location and the timing of publication. Matches are shown with that evidence so a recruiter can judge the connection rather than trust a score alone. Some detail is reserved for signed-in users.

What are the limitations of erecruit?

Coverage is limited to Australian government ICT labour hire, so it is not a general purpose applicant tracking system or a job board for private sector roles. Matching quality depends on how closely agency ads reflect the underlying opportunity, and full match detail requires an account.
