QuickFax is an online fax service for people who need to send a fax occasionally and do not want a monthly plan. You upload a PDF, document, or image in your browser, enter the destination fax number, pay $1.50 per page, and the fax is sent. There is no account to create, no password to remember, and no subscription that renews after the job is done. The service was built by a founder who could not find a simple way to send a single fax without signing up for a recurring plan, and it targets the practical use cases where fax is still required: tax filings, Social Security paperwork, legal and medical documents, and government forms.

What Makes QuickFax Stand Out

Pay per page pricing: Every fax costs $1.50 per page with no minimum commitment, no trial that converts into a paid plan, and no monthly fee. You pay for the pages you actually send.
No account required: You do not enter a name, address, or password. Checkout is a one-time transaction, which keeps the workflow to a few minutes for people who fax once or twice a year.
Runs in any browser: QuickFax works on a computer, iPhone, Android phone, or tablet without installing an app. On mobile you can photograph a paper document and fax the photo directly.
Live status and delivery confirmation: After checkout, a status page shows the fax progressing in real time, and QuickFax emails a delivery confirmation once the fax reaches the recipient.
Document handling and retention: You can fax PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC files up to 20MB, add an optional cover sheet, and your files are deleted automatically after the fax is delivered or fails.
Encryption in transit and at rest: Uploads are encrypted with 256-bit AES, transfers use enforced TLS 1.2, and the service runs on Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

Who Should Use QuickFax

Individuals with occasional fax needs: People sending a one-time form to the IRS, Social Security Administration, a court, a clinic, or an insurer who would rather pay a couple of dollars than commit to a monthly fax plan.
Small business owners and freelancers: Teams that handle the occasional contract, invoice, or compliance document and want a receipt and confirmation without adding another recurring software line item.
Mobile users away from a fax machine: Anyone who needs to fax from a phone or laptop rather than drive to a copy shop, including people photographing signed paperwork on the spot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account or a subscription to use QuickFax?

No. QuickFax is built around one-time sends. You enter the destination fax number, upload your files, and pay per page at checkout. There is no registration step, no login, and no recurring charge.

What file types can I fax with QuickFax?

QuickFax accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC files, alone or in combination, with a total upload limit of 20MB. You can also attach an optional cover sheet before sending.

How do I know my fax was delivered?

After checkout you are taken to a live status page that tracks the fax through each stage. QuickFax also sends a delivery confirmation email once the fax is received, so you have a record without staying on the page.

What happens to my documents after sending?

Files are encrypted at upload with 256-bit AES and stored only for the duration of the transmission. Once the fax is delivered, or if it fails, the files are deleted automatically.
