CardShare.ai

CardShare.ai is a web app for creating AI-generated group greeting cards that a whole team, family, or friend group signs from a single link. It is built for people who want to mark a milestone and need to collect messages from many contributors without chasing each person individually. Instead of gathering notes across email threads and chat channels, you describe the recipient and the occasion, and the tool designs a cover and drafts an opening message you can edit. A Slack app lets teams start and share a card without leaving the conversation.

What Makes CardShare.ai Stand Out

• AI cover and message drafting: Describe the card in a sentence or upload a reference photo, and the AI generates the cover art plus a first draft of the message that you can regenerate or rewrite at any time.
• One-link group signing: Each contributor opens the signing link and places their note anywhere on the card, with support for drag, resize, rotate, and GIFs. Signers do not need an account or an app download.
• Slack integration: The /cardshareai command opens an inline form in any channel or DM. Choose a card type, add the recipient, pick a tone, and the generated card link is posted for the team to sign.
• Tone controls: Generated copy can be set to heartfelt, roast, dad jokes, hype, or epic, so the wording fits the relationship and the moment.
• Wide occasion coverage: Birthday, work anniversary, farewell, retirement, thank you, kudos, wedding, new baby, get well soon, sympathy, graduation, and holiday cards are all supported.
• Single combined delivery: Every note, signature, and GIF is merged into one finished card that you send by email or share as a link.

Who Should Use CardShare.ai

• Team leads and office managers who organize recurring workplace moments like birthdays, farewells, and work anniversaries and want one place to collect messages instead of a long chat thread.
• HR and people operations teams that run recognition programs such as kudos and service milestones and need a repeatable, low-effort way to gather notes from many colleagues.
• Families and friend groups marking personal events like weddings, new babies, graduations, and retirements, where contributions come from people who are not on the same workspace.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CardShare.ai?

CardShare.ai is a tool for making group greeting cards. You describe who the card is for, and the AI designs the cover and drafts the opening message. You then share one link so everyone can sign from their own phone or laptop, and the finished card is delivered as a single keepsake.

How does a group card work?

You start a card, share the signing link with your team, family, or friends, and each person adds their own note. The card stays private until you send it, then the recipient opens it as one card containing every message. People who sign do not need an account.

Is CardShare.ai free?

Yes. You can design a card, collect signatures, and send it at no cost. The product is free to start, so you can create your first card without a paid plan or a sign-up to test the workflow.

Does it work in Slack?

Yes. You add the CardShare.ai app to a Slack workspace, run /cardshareai in any channel, and the bot generates a personalized card and posts the signing link where the team can reach it. No prompt writing is required.
