UnoRouter is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that puts 300 AI models behind a single key, spanning OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek and Qwen.
Using more than one model provider normally means a separate integration, key and invoice for each one. UnoRouter collapses that into a single base URL, so moving between models is a string change rather than a rewrite. Anything already written against the OpenAI API keeps working unchanged, including Claude Code, Cline, SillyTavern, RisuAI and any existing SDK.
Smart routing picks a healthy provider for every request and fails over automatically when one rate-limits or goes down, so one upstream outage does not take your app with it. Usage logs record per-request cost and token counts, so spend is attributable instead of arriving as one opaque bill.
The whole stack is open source and chat is local-first: conversations live in your browser rather than on our servers, which makes the privacy claim auditable instead of promised. There is a free tier with genuinely free models to evaluate output quality, then pay-as-you-go with no subscription and no seat pricing.
